Eligibility Requirements
Wondering if you or a family member are eligible to stay with us at the Altrusa Hospitality House?
Our Requirements
The guest must live at least 50 miles/ one hour away from the Green Bay area.
Guests must be self-sufficient and able to care for themselves independently or be accompanied by a caregiver.
The guest must have a completed referral form from the hospital/physician’s office. Please click here to begin an online anticipated stay.
Guests with infectious diseases will not be allowed to stay.
State law requires that guests be 18 years of age to stay in the House unless accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.
Children under 18 MUST be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian at all times.
